Responsibilities
- Deliver cutting-edge, high-quality psychotherapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover individual challenges and strengths.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, integrating non-physician providers to ensure comprehensive psychiatric care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly to maintain continuity and quality of care.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans, practicing advanced psychotherapeutic modalities, with a special focus on childhood disorders.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
- Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred, enhancing accessibility and service quality.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a fortitude for innovation and empathy in therapeutic practice.
